| I just purchased several of these candles today in a votive size. They have a wonderful scent, very Christmas like and it is not overwhelming at all. |

| This review is not for the candle itself, which is amazing, although overpriced. It is for Yankee Candle's extremely poor customer service. They took over 3 weeks to ship my order, and when I called and sent emails, they were rude and unhelpful. They didn't answer my questions or adequately address my concerns. They said they would refund my shipping cost, but haven't as of yet, after numerous calls and emails. Several times I tried to call and couldn't even get through- got a busy signal or a recording saying the wait would be over 30 minutes!! So I actually had to call a different department and talk to someone who didn't know anything about their shipping/customer service policies. Ridiculous! I will never order from them again, which is a real shame, since I love their candles! |
