| First of all, the design is beautiful. The box is clean, the ashes don't get everywhere. It works great--I have no complaints! Just a warning: be careful what sticks you buy. Because some are too thin to stay up on their own. |

| I like the style of the box quite a bit. Unfortunately, when I took it out of the shipping package, one of the brass inlays fell out. Then I realized that it was difficult to open the top of the box. I was worried that by opening it, the thing would break. Maybe I got a lemon and the rest are okay, but I must admit that I was dissapointed somewhat. It does have a good price though, so maybe I expected too much. |

| I sent this to a friend who was very pleased. I think that it is better for storing incense in a pretty way that perfumes the room than it is for actually burning incense. Arrived qucikly. |

| I have one of these and my brother has in the past. He asked me for nagchampa for his birthday so I decided to put this in his package as well. When it arrived at his house the lid was completely cracked. It was shipped in a timely manner. the only problem I have is that it arrived broke do to improper packaging. You cannot contact the seller directly and I guess Amazon does not either. This was a gift for my brother who lives in PA and I live in OR, so he had to mail it to Amazon himself. So with all of that he just decided not to get anything else! I do not know if the people on the phone really understood what I was trying to tell them, but they were trying to help.(Amazon Customer Support) |
