Viktor and Rolf Antidote Cologne Review
October 1st, 2009 | Men's Fragrance, Perfume Review, Viktor & Rolf
The Viktor and Rolf Antidote cologne was originally introduced in the year 2006 and intended to be an Oriental style fragrance for men. The top notes that you will find in the Viktor and Rolf Antidote cologne include pepper, grapefruit, mint, cardamom and also green mandarin orange. Next you will find these green and fruity notes blending into green orange blossom, nutmeg, jasmine and cinnamon. The Viktor and Rolf Antidote cologne finishes up with musk, amber, vanilla, Laudanum and musk.
Notable Notes: The most notable notes in the Viktor and Rolf Antidote Cologne include Vanilla, Musk, Patchouli, Amber, Laudanum, Orange Blossom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Cardamom, Gaiac Wood, Green Mandarin Orange and Mint.
Recommended Use: The recommended use for the Viktor and Rolf Antidote Cologne is with evening wear and for night time use.
In my opinion, the Viktor and Rolf Antidote cologne is by far one of the greatest kept secrets in the entire fragrance industry. There are so many people out there in this day and age that are wasting their time wearing the same colognes, or at least the same smelling colognes. In this world where everything just seems like more of the same, the Viktor and Rolf Antidote cologne is a truly unique fragrance that evokes completely new feelings for me. It offers a transformation that is so vast that it is nearly impossible to predict what is coming next.
The Viktor and Rolf Antidote cologne offers evolutionary changes capable of leaving you smelling yourself all throughout the entire day. Because everyone has unique chemistry, the Viktor and Rolf Antidote cologne is going to be unique on you and other people as well. It is going to smell completely different on everyone that wears it, and this is unique to many colognes because there is nothing unique or evolutionary about the notes that they feature.
After smelling the Viktor and Rolf Antidote cologne on myself, and then on a good friend of mine, all I have to say is that this is a truly incredible fragrance that is absolutely second to none. It may be a little bit pricey but it is well worth the cost if you consider what it's offering you. It does not take much of an application at all to let this fragrance leave a real dent on you, and you will smell amazing for hours and hours. This is not an overpowering fragrance, but it does not go unnoticed either. When I wear this one, I get tons of compliments and I turn plenty of heads. All it takes is a simple spray on the chest and the wrist and you're good to go. If you haven't added the Viktor and Rolf Antidote cologne to your arsenal yet, now is the time to do so.
