| Jean Claude Ellena, Hermes new inhouse perfumer, has created a simply elegant scent. It starts out slightly fruity with it's ripening green mango notes and an undertone of grass but finishes out with a lovely warm wood tone that stays with you for many hours. | This is the first perfume I ever bought after trying one of those scent strips that sometimes get sent through the mail. I couldn't stop smelling it, and I couldn't throw the strip away. It is the kind of perfume that elicits questions -- what are you wearing? and where can I get some? -- being the most frequent. Half a dozen people I know have become addicts, and the only problem with that is that the scent is no longer unique to me. My husband doesn't like perfume much (I used to use much more 'oriental' scents), but he actually likes this one. |

| This perfume is amazing. I was in Orlando on business and came across this perfume while shopping in Sephora. It is pricey, but worth it! I knew it had to be mine the minute I smelled it! | I read about the development of this fragrance in the book "The Perfect Scent." It piqued my interest about the fragrance and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to try this fragrance. I was not disappointed-it became my "fragrance for 2008." It is light, clean, and subtle but with a unique and distinct finishing edge that is almost steely, In fact, it could be almost but not quit be worn by a man. When I wear it, I have always received compliments - the best sort because people are not quite sure that I am wearing a fragrance. If you like the heavy fragrances often sprayed on you in department store, this fragrance may not be your cup of tea. If you like the light and unusual, don't miss this fabulous scent. |

| I do not usually wear perfume but I wanted a fragrance for my wedding and went searching for something that I thought went with a desert oasis kind of thing and settled on this. I love it, it's not too flowery, it's more citrus and an underlying incense that kind of smells like lead pencil (i know, odd, but it works). Anyway, I love this perfume and will be sad when they stop making it eventually. |

| I enjoy wearing this perfume. It has a light gentle fragrance that lingers in a goode way. Generally, I judge all my perfumes by whether or not they give me a migraine. I am subject to migraines by aromas and if a fragrance gives me a migrane then I know it is not for me. Un Jardin Sur Le Nil plainly does not do that! In fact, it makes me feel goode when I wear it. I wear it often and am glad that I purchased it. I would recommend it. |

| I bought Un Jardin Sur Le Nil at a Hermes store in Europe last year and I absolutely love wearing it. The fragrance is subtle but makes a statement of individuality. People are always complementing me on this fragrance. |

| Just fabulous, fresh scent. Only thing to remember when you choose a "fresh" scent, it won't last as long as others. This scent doesn't come in true perfume. |

| I absolutely love this light fragrance. It is feminine without being too sweet and has a clean, bright scent. I wear this for everything, but it is probably most appropriate for daytime wear. It does not overpower and can be reapplied without a heavy cumulative effect. |

Every since I started wearing this cologne, people everywhere
ask what is it? I don't tell them and is just great. Its very
fresh and has a smell of leafs, fruits and other sort of
smells. The box said is for unisex use and people think

| I have almost exclusively worn this fragrance since I first found it in Paris five years ago. It is so light and refreshing and I've never gotten so many compliments as I have with this scent. It reminds me of spring - new blooms and fresh grass - it's lovely!! |
