Romance Always Yours Perfume Review
December 28th, 2009 | Perfume Review, Ralph Lauren, Women's Perfume
This is a review of the Romance Always Yours perfume, a perfume fragrance by the Ralph Lauren design house that is intended for use by women.
The Romance Always Yours perfume pays homage to a popular fragrance known as Romance, which was originally released ten years ago. The 2008 launch of the Romance Always Yours perfume is a slightly deeper and more complex formulation of scents that are familiar to anyone that has worn the Romance fragrance in the past. This is a romantic style fragrance with plenty of florals and a blend of musk and patchouli base notes that have plenty of lighter aromas and undertones including rose, day lily, freesia and lotus flower. This is an elegant and refined perfume that has a flirty edge of white violet and ginger. Romance Always Yours perfume promises, simply put, that romance will always be your own.
Notable Notes - The most notable notes in the Romance Always Yours perfume include Sun Goddess Rose, Oak Moss, Musk, Patchouli, Day Lily, White Violet, Ginger, Lotus, and Freesia.
Recommended Use - The recommended use for the Romance Always Yours perfume is with romantic wear, though it is light and airy enough to be used with day wear as well.
The Romance Always Yours perfume is a perfume that truly celebrates the concepts of love and infatuation, making it a true essential when it comes to eternal romance. The Romance Always Yours perfume features a unique collection of notes in a 50 ml and 75 ml Eau de Toilette format. Some of the unique notes in the Romance Always Yours perfume include Oak Moss, Patchouli, Musk, White Violet, Lotus, Lily of the Valley, Ginger and Freesia. The Romance Always Yours perfume was designed to be a successor to the original perfume, which was simply called Romance, and was designed back in 1998.So the 2008 version of Romance Always Yours perfume is definitely a much needed update, ten whole years later.
Personally, I find the Romance Always Yours perfume to be a really nice update to the original Romance. The original Romance perfume is definitely impressive, but it gets tiresome after a while and I really wanted something new to wear when I go out for a romantic night on the town. The Romance Always Yours perfume has hints of aquatic notes, but it is not overpowering in any sense of the word. Everything about Romance Always Yours perfume is spicy and floral, but not overdone nor overpowering, which means that I can wear it out without offending my date or anyone around me. The green chypre base is definitely stronger here than with the original as well, as this is a nice update because it adds an additional level of sophistication to the fragrance if you ask me.
