This is a review of the L'Eau d'Issey, which is an Issey Miyake perfume.

The L'Eau d'Issey perfume, is an Issey Miyake perfume intended for women that offers a clean and crisp scent with a nice interaction between woody tones, musky tones and floral tones. This Issey Miyake perfume is capable of lasting a long time, and features a variety of really unique notes including cyclamen, lotus, carnations, freesia and white lilly, with additional hints of musk and amber mixed in.

Notable Notes - The most notable notes in this Issey Miyake perfume include Amber, Musk, White Lily, Freesia, Carnation, Lotus and Cyclamen.

Recommended Use - The recommended use for this Issey Miyake perfume for women is casual use as well as daytime use, but it is the type of fragrance that you can use all the time if you want.

The first time that I experienced this Issey Miyake perfume, I was only given a small sample bottle from someone that I hadn't known very long. Knowing that she wasn't aware of my tastes in fragrances, I really did not know what I should have been expecting, trying out this completely new scent. As soon as I tried it, I was hooked.

Right away, I sprayed some of the Issey Miyake perfume onto my neck and my forearms, and the first initial notes that I detected were a combination between cool water and something more that I could not put my finger on. There are many fresh and clean perfumes out there that strive to create this cool water note, but not everybody gets it right the first time. Because of this, I was really elated to smell the cool water in the Issey Miyake perfume, and was immediately in love. It was not terribly impressive, but it felt so familiar that I couldn't keep my mind off of it.

As this particular Issey Miyake perfume begins to dry, you are going to notice something sweeter than the cool water, primarily in the form of floral lilies and honeysuckle. This is definitely a clean and refreshing scent, and it has something familiar to it that is nice if you do not like a lot of change. The lilies and the honeysuckle notes definitely take this Issey Miyake perfume a step further than most other clean scents, which is nice in and of itself.

This particular Issey Miyake perfume is definitely a casual wear perfume, but the light floral tone makes it possible to take it with you for seasonal spring wear and early summer wear. This is not necessarily an every day kind of perfume, but it is nice all the same. It tends to stick with you for a while, and you may be able to smell the floral undertones for the entire day after you apply it.
