Guess introduced the mainstay of their current line of men’s fragrances, Guess Man, in 2006. This fragrance consists of lavender and armoise top notes, white pepper, ginger root, and nutmeg middle notes, and Siberian blue fir, balsam, sandalwood, amber suede and musk bottom notes. It has been very well received, earning both popular and critical acclaim; it offers a youthful, musky scent. Interestingly, the scent has nothing to do with their original 1992 Guess Man men’s fragrance. Guess followed its success with Guess Suede in 2007. Guess Suede smells nothing like suede, but rather is intended to evoke the feeling of suede.
