Giorgio Beverly Hills Men Discount Fragrances Store
Giorgio Beverly hills, founded by George Grant and Fred Hayman in 1961, started as a women’s fashion boutique. In 1979 they decided to launch their signature fragrance for women, and after two years of development, Giorgio was launched in November of 1981. It was kept exclusive to the boutique’s clients until demand was so great it went into wider distribution in 1983. In Christmas of 1984, they launched Giorgio for Men. Throughout the rest of the 80s and 90s, Giorgio introduced many successful and well-received men’s fragrances. Giorgio were acquired by Procter and Gamble in 1994, and they merged Giorgio with their fine fragrance division which included the brands of Otto Kern, Hugo Boss and others. Sadly, however, they discontinued making Giorgio fragrances for men, but sometimes vintage Giorgio fragrances can be found.
