This is a review of the Flora perfume, a perfume intended by women that was designed by the Gucci design house.

The Flora perfume comes from the heart of the famous legacy of Gucci, and it was only recently introduced this year in 2009. The Flora perfume, as the name suggests, is rooted in the olfactory world of flowers, and is designed to suit the young, classical and elegant refined woman using the power and the sensuality that only the Gucci brand of fragrances can provide. This is a complex fragrance that begins at its very core, where you will find something compelling and unusual, composed of Osmanthus and Rose flowers. There are a number of unique notes mixed into this particular blend, including citrus accord, rose, peony, osmanthus flowers, pink pepper, sandalwood and patchouli.

The Flora perfume reminds me of something that would be aimed consciously in the direction of a much younger audience, especially in comparison to the previous fragrance by Gucci. The Flora perfume draws on the 1966 iconic scarf which was designed for Pricess Grace from Monaco, which brings the heritage of Gucci into the present, providing for a brand new, evocative and sensual scent intended to empower the already empowered women.

The Flora perfume is a really outstanding blend of florals and woodsy scents, so if you are looking for something that is going to feel and smell fresh and natural on your skin, then this is definitely a good avenue for you to consider pursuing. The Flora perfume is a really excellent update on the original perfume by Gucci, and the update was much needed and is well received as well. If you are looking for a floral scent that is not going to be too heavy or too overpowering, then you are going to like what this unique fragrance has to offer.
