Dolce Gabbana is a Milan based fashion house that was named for the designers Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce, and it has been wooing the best and brightest fashionistas since around 1985. Dolce Gabbana perfume is just one of the unique things that this twosome offers, and there are a number of outstanding Dolce Gabbana perfume products to choose from. There are two central lines within the brand of Dolce Gabbana perfume, both of which offer fragrances.

"The One" for Men by Dolce Gabbana

This perfume was launched in 2008 and is a just for men modern classic that involves a sensual tobacco note wrapped around a spicy, oriental style fragrance. This scent really opens up with some truly sparkling notes of coriander, basil and bergamot. The middle notes are ginger, neroli and cardamom. The base notes have a masculine trace of ambergris, cedar and tobacco. "The One" for Men comes in a glass bottle that has a silvered metal neck and a rectangular top that is chocolate brown in color. This is an excellent scent for most men, and being a Dolce Gabbana scent, it has a particular appeal to women as well.

Notable Notes: Basil, Cardamom, Coriander, Cedarwood, Amber, Tobacco, Grapefruit, Ginger and Orange Blossom.

Recommended Use: This particular Dolce Gabbana cologne is indicated for use within the evening hours.

"Feminine" for Women by Dolce Gabbana

This unique fragrance was introduced in 1999 as part of D&G Feminine. This perfume is fresh and offers a truly modern scent with a little bit of a musky dry down. The top notes that you will experience here are mimose, mandarin and a fresh water lily. The heart will follow with lily, jasmine, ylang ylang, heliotrope and other floral notes. The powdery base has vanilla, cashmere, musk and sandalwood. This perfume is contained within a slender, circular glass bottle with a silvered metal top that represents beauty and simplicity likened to the female form. If you are looking for something sweet and elegant, this is the Dolce Gabbana perfume for you.

Notable Notes: Fresh Water Lily, Lily, Vesteria, Jasmine, Heliotrope, Ylang Ylang, Mimosa, Sandalwood, Musk, Cashmere and Vanilla.
