| This is a manly scent that is not over-powering. I wear it to work most of the time and never get tired of the smell. Others will notice and comment about this scent. It makes for a good first impression as well. |

| I found Brit about a year ago. Since then, I've tried about two dozen different colognes (sample vials) from just about all the major designers, and none have topped it. Brit's strength is that it is the perfect subtle blend spicy, powdery, sweet scents which do not overpower the senses. Women seem to enjoy it as well. |

| This is just incredible. Many subtle layers of scents, non of them too strong or overpowering, despite the fact that this will stay with you all day long ( no need to respray, in other words, so it's a great value for the price ). I had never tried a Burberry product before and quite honestly bought this on a whim because I was running low on cologne ( yes, I'm one of those types who has to wear something different every day ) and wanted to try something different. I am happy to say there is really nothing I can compare it too - and that's a good thing, it's not "samey" like so many men's fragrances out today, and not feminine at all. Very nice. |

| As a woman, I have to say that this scent is just downright sexy, and I wish more men would wear it! What makes it so sexy - as well as the men who wear it - is that it doesn't try to be. I HATE men's colognes that smell perfumey, and this one doesn't. It's just clean, crisp and masculine, with the cedarwood scent predominating, followed by the fresh ginger. This stuff is so intoxicating to me that I occasionally wear it myself - and even then it gets me a bit randy! Highly recommended. |

| This is the longest lasting and most versatile Burberry fragrance for men. The value of this item on Amazon is unbeatable.....especially if you get free shipping with Amazon Prime. Burberry is great, I am never disappointed and Amazon is great too. This scent is woodsy but fresh, young and yet sophisticated. It is a well rounded yet unique scent for men who do not want to smell off the rack but like something special. This fragrance is ok to wear year round but make sure you use less spritz during the warmer months since warm weather can make scents seem stronger and this one already has some strength (not too much though). A great buy since department stores sell this size Brit for over $60. |

It's hot and I was wanting a couple of new colognes of my own picking. As an aside, I received those little bottles of cologne and cheap cologne as Christmas gifts for years. I had a stockpile and even years after telling everyone I absolutely did not want to receive cologne as a gift, I still have a lot of them and finally just got fed up wearing crap I don't want to wear. So, I've been on a search for colognes.
I never knew that some colognes were meant for either warm or cold weather, and since it was spring, I looked for warm weather ones. So after a lot of research I decided to go ahead and buy Versace's Blue Jean without trying it first, and I like it. But I wanted more than one fragrance to keep from being monotonous, so later on I bought this, Burberry Brit, also without trying it beforehand.
At first I thought I made a terrible mistake. When I put tried it for the first time, I immediately thought I had just bought a remake of Calvin Klein's Obsession, which I do NOT want, too common. So I was disappointed. Later on I was reading and it occurred to me that the smell had changed. But, I wasn't sure. So the next day I tried it again, yep, definitely Obsession. And then later on, hmmm, that's interesting. After a few more times I realized that the cologne really did change into a different smell, and I like it, a lot. So, for me it's kinda interesting because at first I'm always thinking, "Ugh, Obsession" but later on I'm perfectly happy with it. I'll put up with the Obsession smell briefly for the good smell shortly afterward.
So, give it about an hour on you before you judge its smell. It's definitely one of those that needs time before you know what it'll smell like on you. And another good thing about it is that it lasts a good while. Blue Jean dies out on me before I get home from work, Brit lasts probably something like 12 hours on me. I only spray once, so I'm not a stink bug, but the subtle smell lasts. Brilliant. |

| If you're looking for something new, because EVERYONE wears Acqua Di Gio, then this is your scent. It's long lasting and has elements of musk, spice, and sweetness in just the right proportions. I put a little spray on my neck and then one on a wrist, dab between the wrists, and then dab the wrists behind my knees, and it lasts for 12 hours without being overpowering at any point. And the best part...like when I first started wearing ADG, and Drakkar Noir years ago, women just swoon over the scent. "You smell so good!" is something I love to hear. It's not cliche and overused by everyone, so it still has its originality value. And anything that makes women want to be close to you is excellent in my book! Wear this fragrence for a while before everyone buys it and it loses its edge! |

| Ive never liked spicy or musky scents, but Im in love with Burberry Brit. Its got a great musky overtone but its not too heavy like most fragrances like it. The scent sticks around all day which is also a plus. I've a;ways used light scents like Romance by Ralph Lauren and CK One but Burberry Brit is easily my new favourite...Im actually here to buy my second bottle... |

I have to say this cologne is great. It is one of those scents that last all day long, really. My girlfriend says it smells too strong when first applied, but once it has a chance to blend with (my) body chemistry it is intoxicating.
As for the flavor of the smell, it is musky with semi-sweetness in the background. I find that this fragrance is good for day, but is even better for evening wear. I also like the plaid bottle design; it gives it that "British" staple.
So go ahead, purchase Burberry Brit and get your British on. |

This cologne is very spicy and is perhaps one of my favorites next to Burberry Fragrance for men. Whereas Burberry Fragrance was fruity, Brit is slightly different in that the scent is more floral and certainly more spicy (and yet not as heavy or as complex as London).
For something as spicy I'm quite surprised with how light this one comes across (in comparison with London which was just a little too heavy for me). I have to agree with other reviewers and say that it's still by far very masculine indeed. Vanilla is immediately noticed, as well as more fruity undertones which only increase as time passes ("juicy green mandarin," perhaps but you need to be a poet to sense it... again, admittedly sweet). Warning, this product is not nearly as citrus/lemon/orange the Burberry Fragrance; instead it follows in London's footsteps and provides spiciness in yet a more minimal way.
Can be worn in a similar fashion, either for formal affairs or casual ones, though I'd gather it is selected most often for casual ones (I did find a similarity between this and Chanel's Allure, and yet I find Allure much more pungent... I love Allure, but if you want something a little more mellow for the night, this is your product).
Sweet, spicy, deep and complex Brit marks itself as my second favorite from the Burberry line - sharing the spot right on top with the Burberry Fragrance! Can be worn daily without becoming tiring, a feature which I think it holds over Burberry Fragrance whose citrus-sweet Fragrance may become an annoyance. |

This is a very clean and classy scent, great for morning or daytime. This is one of my favorites and has replaced many other scents I've owned.
For those who complain about price and/or scent, research a little about the industry and become educated before you comment. Maybe purchase a half price tester bottle first. |
