Blush Perfume by Marc Jacobs
October 22nd, 2009 | Marc Jacobs, Perfume Review, Women's Perfume
The Blush Perfume by Marc Jacobs is a lovely floral fragrance that was launched in the year 2004 and designed to suit women. The scent offered by the Blush Perfume by Marc Jacobs is one that is an excellent example of a modern type of floral fragrance, and it manages to effectively recreate the same sensation as if you were standing directly next to a wonderfully blooming jasmine, inhaling its sweet scent in combination with the cool air and the verdant foliage all around you.
The Blush Perfume by Marc Jacobs comes in a sleek, light pink and soft delicate little bottle that is inspired by all of the fun flesh tones that you find in vintage lingere, which is capable of coming cross as being both delicate as well as profound.
Notable Notes: The most notable notes for Blush Perfume by Marc Jacobs include Cashmere Wood, Sandalwood, Musk, Star Anise, Freesia, Honeysuckle, Orange Blossom, Tuberose, Banana, Bergamot, Peach and Jasmine.
Recommended Use: The recommended use for Blush Perfume by Marc Jacobs is with daytime wear or as a signature fragrance.
This is one of those fragrances that you come across unexpectedly in one of those sample pages in a magazine. There's a gorgeous woman on the front, you want to feel just as sexy as she clearly is, and so you have to try the perfume on the little sample card. You don't really plan on changing your signature perfume, you've been using the same perfume for years, but you're going to test it anyway because you can't waste a free sample.
Then you peel open the little sample card, press your nose to the paper and take a deep breath.
And it hits you like love at first sight -- true love, sweeping you off your feet and wrapping you up in its embrace. And it is magical. This is how the Blush Perfume by Marc Jacobs and I became lovers. I went out and bought a bottle the same day. Something about this fragrance just swept me off my feet, took me to a fantasy world and promised to keep me happy forever. And trust me, it has.
I instantly became smitten with this bottle of perfume, and let me tell you – That does not happen very often. I've actually had perfume sensitivity issues for a long time, but that's not even a concern that I have to make when it comes to this perfume. It goes on right, it doesn't bother my skin at all, it smells amazing all throughout the day, and I have absolutely no complaints at all whatsoever. This Marc Jacobs perfume is one that you need to add to your arsenal, it just smells so wonderful. It is light and feminine and absolutely gorgeous in every way.
